We offer an on call tech 24/7. This number can be called at any time, although it is preferably given to the IT Account Manager.

Our SLA’s are based on an 8 hour response time. Based on the project/ticket, these SLA’s can change but you will always be notified and kept in the loop of what is happening.
We like to keep our services in a month to month contract. We will never bind you to something you don’t agree to. Our goal is always to offer unparalleled support, we never want you to leave and will always work with you to make sure you are happy with what we can do.
